Description: Removal and replacement of entire exterior insulated metal panel wall assembly throughout original campus, including addition of new weather resistant backup wall assembly to be integrated with existing masonry walls and storefront systems.

Description: Expansion of existing surface parking lot to include adjacent 0.76 acre lot with reconfigured bus drive entry and additional parking, site lighting, and landscaping features. Demolition and replacement of existing restroom and utility kiosk with new fully accessible 1,400 sf shelter building including waiting areas, public restrooms, drivers’ private restroom, and utility functions. Refinishing of existing outdoor canopy structure.

Description: Design for a Multi-Modal Transportation Center in downtown Cleveland at the north end of the historic Mall. Program includes platforms for Amtrak, commuter, and local rail lines along with associated ticket, waiting, and lounge areas. Also included are a visitor’s center, rental car facilities, commuter bike facilities, local and interstate bus stations, retail, and parking.
